This is a classic crocheted beanie with stitched-on bulgy eyes, upright ears, nose and a “snout”, made from soft acrylic yarn. This would make a great gift for any cat-lover or cat-owner (or Garfield fan). This pattern is easy to customize with whatever colors you would like. Make it look like your own cat!

This crochet pattern is created in a way that makes it very easy to follow. It has photos along the way, easy-to-follow directions, and diagrams. While this hat looks complicated, I have broken it down into many simple steps. There are steps to customize the hat for any size, from newborn to adult man.

The pattern will be emailed to you within 24 hours (but closer to 1-3 hours) of your purchase. Once the pattern has been sent there are no refunds.

This pattern may be a little tough for beginners, but they’ll get through it. Be warned, though: this will take a while and there are lots of little steps. This is no day-project. I’ve been making this hat for years and it still takes me about 4-5 hours to make. It has photos along the way, easy-to-follow directions, and diagrams.

The stitches are not complicated (DC, SC, sl st, ch, and DC2tog) and you will need to know basic stitching with a needle.
