Custom and wholesale orders are very excitedly accepted. However, these will require payment upfront, before production can begin. Contact me if you have questions.

Prep Time 

All hats are made to order.  Simpler hats will take 2-3 days to complete, while the more complex hats (such as animal, video game themed, and fleece-lined hats) will take up to a week to complete.  Please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive.

Returns

Your satisfaction means a lot to us.  Therefore, we allow returns, even on custom items.   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven days for a refund, minus the shipping costs.  Your refund will be processed once the item has been received.
